Terms of Service

1. Services provided
Elite Virtuals provides business-to-business (B2B) services that may include:
- Real estate data management and list organization
- CRM setup, maintenance, and data hygiene
- Property data research, cleaning, and enrichment
- Skip-trace data organization and list stacking support
- Stacked property data products ("Stacked Data")
- Related operational and client success support
Representative programs and pricing on our site may include:
- Essential Plan (e.g., $6/hour)
- Pro Plan (e.g., $5/hour)
- Stacked Data (e.g., $0.03 per record)
Exact scope, deliverables, and fees are confirmed in your order or service agreement.
2. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee closed deals, revenue, appointment counts, conversion rates, or any specific investment outcome. Results depend on data quality, market conditions, and your internal operations.
3. Billing
Many services are billed on a recurring monthly basis or per purchased deliverable. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method on file according to the plan you select. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.
4. Refund policy
Refunds may be available only as described in our Refund Policy. Stacked Data is generally non-refundable after delivery.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use services lawfully, and ensure that any data or outreach complies with applicable laws (including telemarketing and privacy rules where applicable).
6. Communications and recordings
Where services involve call or meeting recordings, you acknowledge that recordings may be used for quality assurance, training, and reporting as described in our Privacy Policy and your service terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Virtuals is not liable for lost profits, indirect or consequential damages, regulatory penalties arising from your data or campaigns, or business interruption. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to Elite Virtuals in the thirty (30) days before the claim.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription by emailing support@elitevirtuals.com or info@elitevirtuals.com with your account details. Service may continue through the current billing period unless otherwise agreed. Partial-period refunds are not guaranteed—see our Refund Policy.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach or as allowed in your agreement. Amounts owed for work performed or minimums may remain due.
