Elite Virtuals

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The client requests a refund during the account setup phase
  • Subscription or hourly services have not yet started
  • No billable service hours have been used

Refund eligibility

Once subscription or hourly data management services have begun, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Stacked Data purchases ($0.03 per record) are non-refundable once records have been delivered or made available to you.

Include your account email, service type, and reason for the request. We will respond within 5–7 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
